# LAB-NFT - Onchain Lab Assignment Agreement

This template is the Onchain Lab Assignment Agreement, which is a legal contract between two parties to assign IP to the Lab-NFT. 

### **When to use it:**

* **Intellectual Property:** Use it to assign intellectual property to the Lab-NFT.

### **How to use it:**

1. **Duplicate Template:** click on template below and download the file.
2. **Fill in the Parties:** Replace `[Company Name]` with the name of your company and `[Counterparty Name]` with the name of the other party.
3. **Fill in Details:** Add signatures, names, titles, dates, and addresses as required.
4. **Review and Customize:** Read through the clauses carefully to ensure they fit your needs. Modify any sections to reflect the specifics of your agreement if necessary.
